As the season changes, so does our menu, and we’re proud as punch to introduce our new winter offerings, packed with WA’s best local produce.

The winter menu has been designed by experienced young chef George Cooper. Hailing from the UK, George is based in WA’s Margaret River region and is passionate about delivering sustainable menus that delight and excite the taste buds.

Our delicious winter menu is the first menu designed by George and features free-range beef from Blackwood Valley, Linley Valley pork, Southern Forests honey from Nannup, Southwest Macadamias, Donnybrook pumpkin and much more.

From healthy breakfast options that will keep you sustained, to delicious and nutritious lunch options that will keep you satisfied, we have worked very closely with George to ensure our menu offers a variety of healthy, wholesome and fresh meals for busy people on-the-go.

We can all agree that food tastes better when it’s fresh! That’s why all our menu items are freshly prepared by our chefs every day and we only use premium quality, locally sourced produce. 

We also cater for a variety of dietary requirements, and ensure our menu has plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Want to know more or have a question?
