This beauty ticks all of your protein requirements with an oven baked omelette loaded onto sourdough toast.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Which is why our Spring fling with the Granola Pot [GF] isn’t over just yet. That’s right. It’s back for another season at Kingsley and we couldn’t be happier.

Duncraig friends? We bring you the deliciousness that is our Granola Pot. Greek yoghurt, layered with fresh fruit, berry compote and topped with our secret granola.

[VEGAN/GF]

Kicking things off, is our Satay Tofu Salad. Packed with hearty purple cabbage, snow peas, wombok cabbage, pak choy and satay tofu, this salad is a veggo’s delight.

Topped with fresh herbs, pickled cucumber, roasted sesame carrots, sesame crunch and an Asian peanut butter dressing. Fresh, filling and flavoursome at every bite.

BUFFALO
BABY!

[VEGAN]

Think Texan wings, but healthy. With its vegan buffalo sauce, the massive flavours in our Buffalo Cauliflower Salad guarantee to pack a punch.

We’ve combined roasted cauliflower, quinoa and chickpeas with baby gem lettuce, sliced apple, cherry tomatoes, red onion and carrot for a crisp yet hearty salad.

Mixed with pickled cucumbers, bread crumb crunch PLUS a vegan buffalo sauce and vegan ranch dressing, this one will have your tastebuds singing.

THE ZESTY MEXI

We think we’ve found the spice of life. It’s called The Zesty Mexi!

On top of a bed of brown rice sits zoodles, sweet potato, spinach and capsicum. Accompanied by a beautiful black bean salsa, pickled jalapenos, Mexi crunch and chipotle lime dressing. It’s a flavour fiesta right in your mouth!

We’ve had such a positive response to our new Play Area at the Kingsley store.

Decked out with its very own kitchen, we’ve been fortunate enough to witness a few mini Master Chefs in the making.
