The Autumn leaves have fallen.

For so long, we’ve been laser focussed on getting you from A to B [with healthy food in hand]. Now? Our focus is on finding out exactly how every ingredient of your Nourish + Feed meal makes its way into your hot little hands. This Autumn, we’re taking a deep dive into knowing where our produce comes from, and over the season, giving you a sneak peek into our amazing network of local suppliers. With that in mind, feast your eyes on our brand new menu — starting with our four [yes, four!] seasonal salads.

Beetroot and Pearl Couscous | Nourish and Feed
 

Beetroot + Pearl Couscous Salad

Packing that first punch is our Beetroot + Pearl Couscous Salad. We’ve named it after the gorgeous pinkish tinge it gets after the freshly pickled radicchio, roasted spiced beetroot, pink pearl couscous, and pickled rhubarb are combined. 

Joined by baby kale, chickpeas, carrot, cucumber, basil, and parsley, this salad gets a fresh crunch. Served with an orange vinaigrette, candied fennel seeds, and almond crunch – the perfect addition to this pink delight.

Pair it with smashed avo or feta.

Honey Halloumi + Caramelised Sweet Potato Salad


Halloumi is great, but honey glazed halloumi is even greater! This fan fave cheese is the shining star with an extremely strong supporting cast. Caramelised sweet potato, spinach + mesclun, red quinoa, roasted zucchini, pear, and pickled red onion come together to mellow out the sweetness of the honey.

Featuring a cameo from a balsamic honey dressing, crushed walnuts, and pepita crunch is what makes this Autumn salad a box office hit. 

Pair it with chicken.

Heirloom Tomato + Charred Corn Salad

Corn on the cob, but make it fancy!

Charred to perfection, corn is combined with baby cos, heirloom tomatoes, butter beans, and bocconcini.

We’ve then added chilli green beans for a kick and mint for freshness.

A lemon vegan aioli dressing and herbed crouton crunch round out this hearty Autumnal salad. 

Pair it with beef brisket.

Spicy Indian Potato Salad

Last but certainly not least in the salad department, is our Spicy Indian Potato Salad. Inspired by all of those beautiful aromatic Indian spices and the abundance of fresh produce on our doorstep, we thought — why not elevate a classic?

We’ve started with spiced potatoes, spinach, rocket, carrot spirals, cucumber, spring onion, and coriander. Then we added mango chutney, mint yoghurt dressing, and an onion bhaji crunch.

Your next backyard barbeque just got a little bit fancier!

Pair it with falafel.

Slow ROASTED GREEK Lamb + HUMMUS Wrap

Don’t feel like salad? We got you. Introducing our latest wrap, the Slow Roasted Greek Lamb + Hummus Wrap. 

Continuing our focus on free-range, environmentally friendly meats, our lamb is slow cooked then pulled to perfection.

We then add spinach, cucumber, and tomato to freshen it up. Plus, spiced potatoes and hummus to give it a kick. Served with a side of mint yoghurt.

Yum doesn’t even cut it.

 

Continental + green beAn relish Toastie

It doesn’t get more classic than a conti roll!

We trial ran this one during Summer a few times as one of our daily specials, and you couldn’t get enough!

But don’t get it twisted — this isn’t your average conti.

Multigrain toast, cheddar cheese, salami, ham, rocket, and a green bean relish are what make our Continental + Green Bean Relish Toastie special.
