Sunshine, blue skies and fresh food – all synonymous with our favourite season, Summer.

From right now, we're serving up our brand new seasonal Summer Menu.
We’re not biased, but it might just be our best one yet. Everything you love about our healthy + fresh food, now with fun and exciting  new Summer salads served up with seasonal veg.

Seasonal produce has always been our jam, and Summer is no exception.  December through to Feb, you’ll be able to take your pick from our 3 brand spankin’ new salads,
and even a Mexican inspired hot meal to keep it interesting.

NAM JIM SALAD

Inspired by co-owner Sarah’s travels to Bali, meet our 
NAM JIM NOODLE SALAD.

Light and crunchy, this Vegan guy features cos lettuce, glass noodles, tomato, cucumber, chilli, mint, coriander + citrus, topped with toasted sesame + peanuts and a punchy Asian lemongrass dressing.

TOMATOES: We love this veggie for it’s great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K. Vitamin C is great for growth, development + repair of all body tissues.

TUSCAN
SALAD

From the other side of the globe,
say hello to our TUSCAN SALAD.

Think pumpkin, pearl cous cous, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, basil + parmesan, topped with a crunchy pistachio nut mix + roast garlic dressing.

Vegetarian salad reminiscent of Tuscan sunsets? Yes please.

PUMPKIN: We love pumpkin as it’s a great source of potassium and beta-carotene, (which converts to vitamin A). Vitamin A supports a healthy immune system and bone health.

NOURISH SALAD

Inspired by our own backyard, our NOURISH SALAD was our crack at ‘tasting the rainbow’.

This Vegan and Gluten Free beauty tastes as good as it looks, with quinoa, sweet potato, pickled cabbage, turmeric sauerkraut + kale topped with an activated nut mix + lemon vinaigrette.

SAUERKRAUT: probiotics found in sauerkraut help improve the balance of bacteria in your gut, which keeps your gut lining healthy.

Not feeling a salad?

We created our HOT MEXI BOWL with spicy beans, brown rice, bbq corn, broccoli, sweet potato, salsa + spicy pepitas, perfect for those days when you want something a bit heartier.

We serve it with either half an avo, or with chicken; so whatever your dietaries, we’ve got you covered.

You asked, we answered. We’ve kept everything you know and love about our “Add Some Fun” sides – WA Free Range Chicken, Chickpea Falafel, Crumbed Feta, and Avo, BUT we’ve gone ahead and added our one true love – Halloumi.

If you haven’t tried Halloumi, it’s a
semi-hard cheese made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk.

We fry ours and it’s super tasty with any of our 3 new salads
(we checked).

A menu staple for a reason, we’re crushing on our wraps for Summer for a no brainer, grab and go option. Served always with seasonal vegetables and yummy proteins.

No need to worry about additives or hidden nasties, our menu items are always made fresh everyday, plus, we pride ourselves on using seasonal ingredients straight from local suppliers, so we recommend taking advantage of what's in season and checking out our new salads, stat.
