We had SO much team debate on what to make for this season.
So much so, that we couldn't decide. Instead... we took a lunch break. On our lunch break, we talked about the year that was, with ~the Virus that must not be named~.

We thought – hey, wouldn't it be great, if we could just go back in time, before that?
Haha! You cheeky devil. Imagine! No way!

Unless... We did.


What better way to skim over the shemozzle of 2020, than to simply go back in time, and act like it never happened? We like it.

Re-introducing our Summer menu, officially spruced up, for Summer 20/21.

All the faves are back, with fresh, seasonal produce from our local WA suppliers.

SEASONAL SUMMER SALADS πŸ‘‡πŸ»

NAM JIM SALAD

Inspired by co-owner Sarah’s travels to Bali, meet our 
NAM JIM NOODLE SALAD.

Light and crunchy, this Vegan guy features cos lettuce, glass noodles, tomato, cucumber, chilli, mint, coriander + citrus, topped with toasted sesame + peanuts and a punchy Asian lemongrass dressing.

TOMATOES: We love this veggie for it’s great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K. Vitamin C is great for growth, development + repair of all body tissues.

TUSCAN
SALAD

From the other side of the globe,
say hello to our TUSCAN SALAD.

Think pumpkin, pearl cous cous, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, basil + parmesan, topped with a crunchy pistachio nut mix + roast garlic dressing.

Vegetarian salad reminiscent of Tuscan sunsets? Yes please.

PUMPKIN: We love pumpkin as it’s a great source of potassium and beta-carotene, (which converts to vitamin A). Vitamin A supports a healthy immune system and bone health.

NOURISH SALAD

Inspired by our own backyard, our NOURISH SALAD was our crack at β€˜tasting the rainbow’.

This Vegan and Gluten Free beauty tastes as good as it looks, with quinoa, sweet potato, pickled cabbage, turmeric sauerkraut + kale topped with an activated nut mix + lemon vinaigrette.

SAUERKRAUT: probiotics found in sauerkraut help improve the balance of bacteria in your gut, which keeps your gut lining healthy.

Not feeling a salad?

Our HOT MEXI BOWL with spicy beans, brown rice, bbq corn, broccoli, sweet potato, salsa + spicy pepitas, is perfect for those days when you want something a bit heartier.

We serve it with either half an avo, or with chicken; so whatever your dietaries, we’ve got you covered.

The BIG BBQ BEEF BRISKET TOASTIE is here to stay. A reminder, this beauty is made with Free Range Beef – Noice.

Light rye bread, loaded with Free Range BBQ Beef brisket, cheddar cheese, turmeric sauerkraut + chilli aioli.

THE ORIGINAL AND THE BEST.

A menu staple for a reason, these beauties are still #1 on ALOT of people's radar. A no brainer, grab and go option. Served always with seasonal vegetables and yummy proteins.
