Thanks to this years ‘Virus that must not be named’ we’re all stuck put; exactly where we are. No international jaunts on the horizon (boo).

We’re not magicians by any stretch, but we thought – hey!, let’s bring holiday’s to the people.

One tiny but mighty idea, sparking the inspiration to our tastesbuds, that launched our seasonal Spring menu.

Welcome back [ 👋🏻!] to our much adored Moroccan Bowl, who we gave a bit of a facelift too. Been to Morocco? No stress.

We’re also exploring the streets of Mexico, with our Mexcellent Bowl [Both Gluten Free AND Vegan], and then, we’re off to the Mediterranean with our Vegan Nourish Bowl.

We kept everyones favourite Porridge for another season, because, I mean, have you TASTED it?!

And we’ve even added a Superfood Powder, which you can add to your smoothies to load ‘em up with extra Vitamins + Minerals (Health really *IS* wealth after all).

TAKE ME TO MOROCCO BOWL

IT’S BACK BABY.

Carrots, chickpeas, kale, dates, quinoa, mint, parsley, spring onion, feta, pickled cauliflower + served with dukkah + a zesty lemon dressing.

We recommend adding free-range chicken or falafel for a delicious lunch filled with healthy fats and protein.

We’re off to taco-bout our Mexcellent bowl.

Loaded with flame grilled corn, chilli, black beans, red onion, coriander, capsicum, sundried + cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mango and corn chips. It’s a flavour punch, finished off with a creamy mango aioli

We recommend trying it with Halloumi or Avocado on the side for something different!

MEDITERRANEAN NOURISH BOWL

[VEGAN]

Relaxing by the sea as you upload smug European summer holiday selfies. We can take you there.

Stacks of greens, artichokes, kalamata olives, butter beans, capsicum, sundried and cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

Served with a balsamic, olive oil + thyme dressing, and sesame bread sticks.

Try it with feta to really make it a game changer!

PORRIDGE 🍊

Everyones favourite is here to stay.

Our iconic porridge, served with cinnamon, maple, orange, and topped with granola + honey.

A true breakfast no-brainer.
